BMA Colorado Gold Key Awards
THE ONLY AWARD THAT MATTERS

| Deadline for entries is March 14, 2008 by 5pm with an extended deadline of March 21st (additional fee). Entries must have been produced by, or for, companies in Colorado between 1/1/07 and 2/28/08. This event offers a prestigious showcase of our region’s top B2B marketing efforts. Whether you are an agency or a corporate insider, there are many compelling reasons why you should participate.
Want to increase your odds of winning?
Looking for an edge in this year’s Gold Key Awards competition? We’ve gathered together a few best practices from several previous winners. Take a minute to review these tips and you will significantly increase your chances in this year’s contest.
Rules
1. Entries are limited to business-to-business communications. No consumer marketing materials will be accepted.2. Entries must have been produced in Colorado, or for use by a company in Colorado.
3. All entries must have been produced between 1/1/07 and 2/28/08.
4. No entry that has previously won a Gold Key Award is eligible.
5. Include a separate Entry Form with each entry and attach a Required Information Sheet to the back of each entry.
6. Mount entries for printed materials flat on black artboard that does not exceed 18” x 24”.
7. Entries for electronic materials, including video or audio, must be submitted on CD Rom or DVD. Note any equipment required for judging.
8. Include a statement of objectives, strategy, target audience, and results with each entry.
9. The Best of Show Award winners must be present at the award ceremony to receive the award.
10. Please attach a photocopy of each entry form with your payment.
All entries must be picked up following the awards presentation on May 3rd. Entries that are not picked up that evening will be disposed of.
IMPORTANT!
Clearly indicate in which category you want your work to compete. You are encouraged enter the piece in more than one category if applicable to increase your odds of winning, but you must submit a separate entry form and entry fee for each entry. The judging committee may change the category in which an entry is judged if they determine that the entry has been submitted in an incorrect category.
