• BMA members on the move!

 * Meryl Glickman has accepted a new position as Director of Marketing for the Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network.  You can still reach Meryl at mgmarcom@comcast.net.

 * Lisa Miller has left Colorado for the film industry in LA.  Lisa is now an Executive Producer with mOcean.

• Citizen Pictures (Susan Osborne, Lindsey Larson, Brian Drennan) has announced that they will be handling production and post of a national spot for Crocs Footwear.  Citizen Pictures was formerly Colorado Production Group.  Citizen also remains a sister company with Base2Studios.

• Congratulations to the team at Faction Media! They were our lone Colorado winner in the national BMA Pro-Comm Awards.  Faction won a Best of Class Award in the Search/Blog/Online Mindshare Campaign category for their work for Johns Manville, “Consolidation of Multiple Web Sites Threatens to Diminish Organic Search Visibility and Rankings.”

• Kudos to BMA Membership Chair Trisha Hall (THOR Travel Services), who will be graduating in June from Regis University with her MBA and a concentration in marketing.

Marcy Phelps (Phelps Research) has been elected national president-elect of The Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP), the premier industry association for information professionals working independently.  Marcy will have a three year term on the AIIP board.
