BMA Colorado Membership Directory Advertising
BMA Colorado produces a hard copy membership directory every fall. This resource is used every day by our members, and cited as one of our top member benefits. Showcase your company and your solutions to the B2B marketing community.
BMA Colorado Member Pricing* for ads in this year’s BMA-Colorado membership directory is as follows:
Full page, 4-color ad: $700
Full page, b & w ad: $600
1/2 page, b & w ad: $350

Ad Specifications
- 1/4 page ad: 23 picas wide by 31 picas tall or 3.83 inches wide by 5.1667 inches tall
- 1/2 page horizontal ad: 47 picas wide by 31 picas tall or 7.83 inches wide by 5.1667 inches tall
- 1/2 page vertical: 23 picas wide by 63 picas tall or 3.83 inches wide by 10.5 inches tall
- Full page ad, no bleed: 47 picas wide by 63 picas tall or 7.83 inches wide by 10.5 inches tall
- Full page ad, with bleed: 51 picas wide by 67 picas tall to the trim size. Full page ads with bleed should offer one pica bleed outside of the trim size or 8.5 inches wide by 11.1667 inches tall to the trim size. (Note: Bleeds allowed on full page ads only).
Other Specifications:
- Any photos should be high resolution to reproduce at 300 dpi.
- Ads should be delivered either by pdf via email or on CD ROM with all native files and fonts included
- All ad submissions must have a contact person and telephone number in the event of questions.
- Halftones and mechanical screens (tints) will print at 150 line screen.
- No pre-press proofs will be available.
- Deadline for ad submissions will be Friday, November 20, 2009.

Acceptable File Formats
The directory will be built in Adobe InDesign 2.02. Appropriate file formats for ad delivery are as follows:
- Press ready, high resolution PDF file. All fonts should be embedded in the PDF.
- Adobe Illustrator EPS file with all fonts outlined (converted to graphics).
- Adobe InDesign files with all native files (linked graphics) and fonts included.
- NOTE: Quark XPress files cannot be opened in InDesign any longer. If you only have QuarkXpress available, please export the ad as a hi-res pdf file with bleeds and crops marks.

Web Site Banner Advertising
Usage Statistics: The BMA-Colorado Web Site averages 10,000 user sessions per month and over 100,000 hits per month. The CareerLink job section is the most popular section averaging 1,000 user sessions per month.

Position: Home Ads are randomly rotated on the Home page. Single Standard Ads are randomly rotated throughout the site. All CareerLink pages include a rotation of three Standard Ads. All CareerLink Ads will only appear on CareerLink pages.
All ads include a hyperlink to the advertiser's web site. In a Flash SWF file, the designer must include a button with the appropriate ActionScript to open advertiser's web site in a new window.

Meeting and Event Sponsorships
There are various meetings and events that companies can sponsor:
(1) Monthly Meet-Ups (the first Thursday of each month). These are informal social get-togethers, no charge event for attendees, from 5-7 pm. Average attendance: 50 marketing professionals.
(2) Monthly Keynote Meetings (the second Wednesday of each month). These are BMA's big-hitter speakers, alternating between lunch and dinner events. There is a one hour networking time prior to the meal and keynote. Average attendance: 100+ marketing professionals.
(3) Special events such as our B2B Seen Party & Auction (November) Gold Key Awards (May) and Golf Tournament (Summer). There are various sponsor levels available for each of these special events, as well as in-kind sponsorship opportunities.
Meet-Up Sponsorships
Meet-Ups are a relaxed and fun way to connect with your fellow B2B marketing professionals, BMA members, and the BMA Colorado Board. Keynote Sponsorships
Sponsor one of BMA Colorado's regular monthly B2B education meetings during the year. Our basic meeting sponsorship package is $750 (members get a $250 discount) and includes the following:
- Exclusive sponsorship for that event ($1,250) or with another business ($750)
- Newsletter, e-mail, and Web promotion
- On-site coverage, including sponsorship recognition from the president, your logo on the big screen during lunch or dinner, and a table top exhibit next to registration table
- Two free tickets to the event

BMA-Colorado Marketing Mirror Newsletter Advertising
Demographics:
The BMA-Colorado Marketing Mirror is an electronic newsletter sent to 2000+ business-to-business marketing professionals on a monthly basis ten times a year. Audience includes BMA members and prospects.
Ad Specs:
100 pixel x 100 pixel (approximately 1-½”) and can include both image and text.
Image must be a .jpg or .gif; text should be 30-50 words.
Ad will have automatic link to your URL.
Note: Ads are limited to two ads per email issue.

Member rate: 10 cents per impression
Non-Member rate: 15 cents per impression
(Approximately 2000 impressions per issue)
